Text message terms

The program

Call Your Hero text messages. We text only the adult who called our line, at the phone number that made the call, and only about that call. There are two kinds of message:

  • The wish list. After a call with Santa, one message with a link to the wish list the child shared during that call.
  • A payment link, only if you ask for it. If you prefer to pay on our website instead of on the phone, you can press 2 during the call and we text you one secure payment link.

We send nothing else: no marketing, no offers, no reminders.

How you opt in

You opt in on the phone, on a call that you place to our line. Before any payment, the voice on the line says: "After each call, we text this number the wish list your child shared. Message and data rates may apply." You agree by pressing 1 to unlock the line. If you would rather pay on the web, pressing 2 asks us to text you a payment link.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase: you can reply STOP at any time and keep using your minutes.

How often

One message per call that you make, with the wish list. One more message each time you ask for a payment link by pressing 2. If you do not call, you receive nothing.

Cost

We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You will get one last message confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to receive them again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
