Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
The short version. We do not record calls and we do not keep transcripts. From a child we keep a first name and the wish list, so we can send the grown-up the letter. We never sell information and we never use a child's information for advertising.
1. Who is responsible
Call Your Hero is operated by Keystone International Ventures Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202515841E, Singapore). For anything about privacy, write to privacy@keystoneinternational.ventures.
2. What we collect
- Your phone number, from caller ID. It is how we recognise you and remember your minutes. There is no account and no password.
- Purchases: date, amount, and the reference from the payment processor.
- A reference to your card: the card brand, the last four digits, and the identifiers Stripe gives us. Never the full number or the security code.
- Calls: when each call started and ended, and how many seconds were used.
- From the conversation: the first names of the children who spoke, the wishes they mentioned, and a short note for the grown-up. Nothing else is kept.
- Your language, if you chose one.
- Website logs: standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
3. What we do not collect or keep
- We do not record calls.
- We do not store transcripts. The words of the conversation are processed in real time to run the call and to write the wish list, and then they are discarded.
- Santa does not ask for last names, addresses, schools, photos or passwords. If a child says one, it is not kept.
- We do not store full card numbers.
4. Children's privacy
The service is sold to adults and is meant to be used by a child together with a parent or guardian. The grown-up who unlocks the line consents, for the child, to the limited collection described in this policy.
- We collect from the child only what is needed to run the call and send the letter.
- We never use a child's information for marketing and never share it for anyone else's marketing.
- A parent or guardian can ask to see or delete what we hold about their children at any time, and can refuse any further collection, by writing to privacy@keystoneinternational.ventures from the phone number's owner. We answer within 30 days.
5. How we use information
- To connect the call and count your minutes.
- To let Santa remember a child on the next call from the same phone.
- To charge your card when you ask us to.
- To send the text message with the link to the wish list, and a payment link when you ask for one.
- To answer you when you write to us, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal duties.
6. Companies that process information for us
- Twilio: the phone line, the text messages, and the capture of the card on the keypad.
- Retell AI and the language and voice providers it uses: Santa's side of the conversation. We have set this service to keep no recordings and no transcripts.
- Stripe: payments.
- Google Cloud: hosting and our database, in the United States.
They may use the information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Text messages
If you call our line and unlock it, we text the number you called from: one message after each call with the link to the wish list, and one message with a payment link each time you ask for it by pressing 2 during a call. Message frequency depends on how often you call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. The full program is described in the text message terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. How long we keep it
- The wish list page stays online for 120 days.
- First names and wishes used for Santa's memory are kept while the phone number has minutes or has called in the last 13 months.
- Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
8. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop the messages.
- Ask us to delete the saved card, the wish lists, or everything tied to your phone number.
- Residents of some US states, the EU, the UK and Singapore have legal rights to access, correct and delete their information. Write to us and we will honour them.
9. Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
10. Where information is processed
Our systems run in the United States. The company that operates the service is in Singapore.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date.
